DSAR help · for UK recruitment agencies
Someone asked for their data. You have one month.
It's called a DSAR, and the law says you must reply in one month. We do the whole job for you: we find the data, hide other people's details, and check it by hand. You get it back before the deadline — or you pay nothing. One price: £299.
Why it can't wait
A DSAR isn't just an email. It's the law.
Anyone you've hired, interviewed, or turned down can ask for the data you keep on them. The day they ask, the clock starts. Get it wrong and they can report you to the ICO — the UK's data watchdog — and that drags on for months.

How it works
You spend five minutes. We do the rest.
Three steps. One price. We write down what we did at every stage — so if the ICO ever asks, you can show you did it properly.
Send it to us
Forward us the request. We check who's really asking, note the day it came in, work out the deadline, and agree with you exactly what to look for.
↳ identity check · deadline set under Art. 12(3)
Find & hide
We look through your systems — the hiring tool, email and files — pull out that person's data, and black out anything about other people.
↳ full search · third-party details removed
Check & send back
A real person checks it all. Then you get a finished pack and a ready-to-send letter — well before your month is up.
↳ exemptions applied · back to you in < 7 days
Our promise
On time, or you get your £299 back.
We make one promise, and we back it with money. You get your finished pack before your deadline. If we're ever late, you get all £299 back. Every time. In writing.
The only exception: if you send us a request with less than 7 working days left, we'll tell you before we start.

A record of the dates, the systems, and the choices — so it holds up if anyone questions it.
- We search your hiring tool, email & files
- We hide other people's details
- A real person checks it before you get it

You stay in control
We handle the data. You stay in charge.
A new company touching your candidates' data is a fair thing to be careful about. Here's exactly where the lines sit — before you send us anything.
01 You're always in charge
You stay the one in charge of the data. We only help with the one request you send us, under a signed agreement.
02 We only look where you say
We agree in writing which systems to open, use the least access we need, and never look anywhere else.
03 We follow the rules
We follow UK data law and the ICO's own guidance, step by step.
04 Given back, then deleted
You send the final reply yourself. We give back or delete our copies as soon as the job's done.
The obvious questions
What agencies ask before they hand this over.
Who are you to touch our candidates' data?
You stay in charge of the data the whole time. We only help with the one request you send us, under a signed agreement, with an NDA every time. We give back or delete our copies as soon as the pack is done.
Is the reply actually correct?
Yes. We follow UK data law and the ICO's guidance: we check who's asking, track the deadline, search properly, hide other people's details, and note anything we leave out and why. A real person checks it before it reaches you — and you send the final reply yourself.
What do you need from us to start?
The request itself, and permission to look in the systems that matter — usually your hiring tool, the right mailboxes, and any shared files. We agree exactly what to search first, in writing, so nothing else is touched.
How does the money-back promise work?
Simple: if the finished pack doesn't reach you before your deadline, you get all £299 back. The only exception is a request handed to us with less than 7 working days left — and we tell you that before we start, never after.
What if the request is huge or messy?
The law lets you take up to two extra months for very big or complex requests — we handle that notice for you. If a job is far bigger than usual, we tell you and agree a price before we start any work.

Tell us what came in. We reply within one working day.
Just say roughly what landed and which systems it touches. No commitment — you get a fixed price and a start date, and the clock stops being your problem.
